摘要
进入新时期之后,磷光光度法在药物分析领域的作用越来越受人们重视。此方法可以帮助技术人员分析实验物质在光照条件下的光谱、强度、使用寿命、偏振及各向异性等特性,进而研发出能治疗各类疾病的药品,包括萘唑啉、萘普生、维生素B2、生物碱、喹诺酮类、血管扩张剂潘生丁双嘧哌胺醇等。此外,磷光光度法具备操作快、成本低的优势,灵敏度也掌控得颇为理想。随着各项技术的不断升级,磷光光度法的应用范围越来越广。鉴于此,深入分析与探究磷光光度法在药物分析中的应用价值。
After entering the new era,the role of phosphorimetry in the field of drug analysis has been paid more and more attention.This method can help technicians to analyze the spectrum,intensity,service life,polarization,anisotropy and other characteristics of experimental substances under light conditions,and then develop drugs that can treat various diseases,including naphazoline,naproxen,vitamin B2,alkaloids,quinolones,vasodilator dipyridamole,etc.In addition,phosphorimetry has the advantages of fast operation,low cost and ideal sensitivity control.With the continuous upgrading of various technologies,the scope of application of phosphorimetry is becoming wider and wider.In view of this,the application value of phosphorimetry in drug analysis is deeply analyzed and explored.
