大数据时代下高校数据治理体系研究

Research on University Data Governance System in the Era of Big Data

该文从当前高校信息化建设中数据管理的问题出发,指出数据治理的必要性,通过文献研究法,分析数据治理体系的研究现状,提出一个涉及多个层面的高校数据治理体系架构,以综合、全面地解决高校在数据治理过程中存在的问题。基于提出的数据治理体系框架,结合学校的信息化建设工作实际,从数据与信息、策略与机制、管理与决策、技术与平台等方面,完成学校数据管理体系的变革,完善学校数据治理管理办法,建设智慧融合数据管理与服务平台,实现对学校数据的有效治理。

This paper points out the necessity of data governance from the problems of data management in the current university information construction.It analyzes the research status of data governance system through literature research method,and puts forward an architecture of data governance system of colleges and universities involving six levels:foundation,direction,support,guarantee,drive and escort,in order to comprehensively solve the problems existing in the process of data governance in colleges and universities.Based on the proposed data governance system framework,combined with the actual situation of school information construction,complete the reform of school data management from the aspects of data and information,strategy and mechanism,management and decision-making,technology and platform,improve the data governance management methods,build a data center management platform,and realize the effective governance of school data.
