新发展格局下民办本科院校职业化教育转型举措——产业学院建设

Transformation Measures for Professional Education in Private Undergraduate Colleges under the New Development Pattern——Construction of Industrial College

在新发展格局下,对各高校教育提出了新的挑战、新的要求和新的理念。在构建以国内大循环为主、国内国际“双循环”相互促进的格局中,要求高校必须能够提供实用型、双创型、企业和社会需求型人才,这就要求高校、企业、行业深度合作、产教融合、互利共赢。顺应时代,民办本科院校进行职业化教育转型,建设产业学院,打造融教育、实训、创业于一体的示范性人才培养机构,将更加适应此新发展格局。但产业学院建设,校企合作经常面临“学校热、企业冷”,无法深度融合等问题,所以必须从意识形态上解决,实现互利共赢、完善师资队伍、健全体制机制,这样产业学院建设才能真正实现应对新格局下职业化教育转型目标。

Under the new development pattern,new challenges,new requirements and new ideas are put forward to the education of colleges and universities.In the construction of the pattern of"double circulation",which is dominated by domestic circulation and mutually promoted by domestic and international circulation,colleges and universities are required to provide practical talents,entrepreneurship and innovation talents,enterprises and social needs talents,which requires deep cooperation between colleges and universities,enterprises and industries,integration of industry and education,mutual benefit and win-win situation.Conforming to the times,private undergraduate colleges and universities will better adapt to this new development pattern by carrying out the transformation of professional education,building industrial colleges,and building exemplary talent training institutions that integrate education,training,and entrepreneurship.However,in the construction of industrial colleges,school enterprise cooperation often faces problems such as"’hot’schools and’cold’enterprises",which cannot be deeply integrated.Therefore,ideological solutions must be taken to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results,improve the teaching staff,and improve the system and mechanism,so that the construction of industrial colleges can truly achieve the transformation goal of professional education under the new pattern.
