网络环境下公共图书馆读者服务工作转变模式研究

Research on the Transformation Mode of Public Library Reader Service under the Network Environment

网络技术的快速发展,为公共图书馆创新诸服务工作模式创造了良好的条件,特别是在“互联网+”战略下,只有将“互联网+”融入公共图书馆读者服务工作当中,积极探索更具有融合性、互动性的工作模式,才能使其取得更好的成效,但一些公共图书馆还不适应网络环境,读者服务工作模式转变滞后,需要引起重视并认真改进。该文在简要分析网络环境对公共图书馆读者服务工作的影响基础上,重点分析了网络环境下公共图书馆读者服务工作现状和问题,最后就如何推动读者服务工作转型模式提出对策。

The rapid development of network technology has created good conditions for public libraries to innovate various service work modes.Especially under the"Internet+"strategy,only by integrating"Internet+"into the reader service of public libraries and actively exploring a more integrated and interactive working mode can it achieve better results.However,some public libraries do not adapt to the network environment,and the transformation of the reader service mode lags behind,which requires attention and serious improvement.Based on a brief analysis of the impact of the network environment on the reader service work of public libraries,this paper focuses on the analysis of the current situation and problems of the reader service work of public libraries under the network environment,and finally puts forward countermeasures on how to promote the transformation mode of the reader service work.
