山洪灾害调查评价数据管理与应用系统研究 被引量:1

摘要 山洪灾害调查评价数据分文本型信息、数值型信息和图形信息等3类,具有专业性强、数据种类多、数据量大、管理应用难等特点,虽然山洪灾害调查评价项目积累了大量的数据成果,但如何应用到实际防汛工作中是亟需解决的问题。以江西省为例,提出以危险区为核心,开展山洪灾害调查评价数据应用和深入挖掘分析,对各类关键信息进行汇总与关联,实现数据的概化、抽取和融合,同时面向服务软件架构开发山洪灾害调查评价数据管理与应用系统,实现了数据管理与分析、一张图展示、成果更新与维护等功能。该系统可为其他省山洪灾害调查评价数据管理和应用提供借鉴和参考。 Mountain flood disaster investigation and evaluation data are classified into three types:basic information,numerical information and graphic information.It has the characteristics of strong specialization,large data type,large data volume and difficult management and application.While the mountain torrent disaster survey evaluation project has accumulated a large amount of data,but how to apply to the actual flood prevention work needs to study.Taking Jiangxi Province for example,it is proposed to carry out the application and in-depth mining analysis of mountain flood disaster investigation and evaluation data,summarize and connect all kinds of key information,realize the generalization,extraction and fusion of data,and develop the mountain flood disaster investigation and evaluation data management and application system based on service-oriented software architecture.It has realized the functions of data management and analysis,a map display,results update and maintenance,etc.The system can provide reference for other provinces to manage and apply the data of mountain flood disaster investigation and evaluation.
