摘要
门刚梁在设计过程中常采用隅撑-檩条体系对梁的平面外稳定进行控制,由于隅撑的作用檩条受力情况发生变化,内部产生附加轴力。通过对隅撑-檩条体系控制门刚梁平面外稳定时,梁的失稳形态及隅撑-檩条的受力情况进行简要分析,得出基本的受力分析模型并进行比对验算,明确檩条内力的变化特点。结合既往工程设计情况,对影响檩条设计的各种影响因素进行探讨,给出屋面檩条设计建议。
The door rigid in the design process often used the out-of-plane stability to control in corner brace-purlin system,due to the role of corner brace, the purlin force changed, additional axial force was generated, through to the briefly analysis on the instability form of beam and the force situation of the purlin when corner brace-purlin system control of out of steel beam plane stability, obtained the basic stress analysis model and made the comparison and calculation, cleared the change characteristics of internal forces of purlin, combining with the previous engineering design situation, discussed the influencing factors of purlin design, gave the design suggestions of roof purlin.
