摘要
金刚砂耐磨地坪一体成型工法是近年来应用广泛的地面施工方法,但在楼面的施工中应用较少,因为楼面施工中现浇楼板平整度控制无法满足一体成型地坪的需求。在一体成型金刚砂耐磨地面的基础上将其引入楼面施工应用,同时介绍了一种现浇楼板的平整度控制方法,能够有效控制现浇楼板的厚度及平整度,希望能为一体成型楼面施工或有相同需求的项目提供帮助。
The paper indicates the carborundum wearable floor wholly-shaped method is the extensive ground construction method recently, which is rarely adopted in floor construction, explains the control over the cast-in-place floor’ s flatness cannot meet the demands of the wholly-shaped floor, illustrates its introduction to the floor construction based on the wholly-shaped carborundum wearable floor, introduces the controlling method for the flatness of the cast-in-place floors to have the effective control over the thickness and flatfness of the cast-in-place floors and provide some assistance for the wholly-shaped floor constructions or other similar projects.
