摘要
在保证便梁既有功能不变的情况下,为了解决特制便梁重复利用率低,既有D型便梁跨度小、道岔区线路无法应用等问题,设计了一种新型多用途便梁。首先确定了新型多用途便梁的设计参数,据此提出了新型多用途便梁的结构方案,并进行了受力分析,最后经过两个项目的工程实践,结果表明:新型多用途便梁结构简单,弥补了既有便梁的不足之处,解决了复杂铁路线路的架空加固难题,同时既保障了架空线路安全,又节省了工程造价。
Under the condition that the existing functions of the temporary beam remain unchanged, in order to solve the problems such as low reuse rate of special temporary beam, small span of existing D-shaped temporary beam and unavailability of switch area line, a new type of multipurpose temporary beam is designed. Firstly, the design parameters of the new multi-purpose convenience beam are determined, and then the structural scheme of the new multi-purpose convenience beam is proposed, and the stress analysis is carried out. Finally, through the engineering practice of two projects, the results show that the new multi-purpose convenience beam is simple in structure, making up for the shortcomings of the existing convenience beam, ensuring the safety of the overhead line and saving the project cost.
