超声波辅助水蒸汽蒸馏法对八角茴香精油提取的影响 被引量:2

摘要 文中主要探索超声波辅助联合水蒸气蒸馏的方法提取八角茴香精油,同时对八角挥发油的提取方法进行了优选,通过单因素试验、正交试验联合确定八角挥发油最优提取工艺,结果表明,超声波联合水蒸气蒸馏法提取八角茴香精油最佳提取工艺条件为药材粉碎度是80目,超声时间为30 min,料液比为1∶30。随后再采用水蒸气蒸馏方法提取,此时,提取得到的精油量最大,为八角茴香油进一步研究奠定有利基础。 In this paper,the method of extracting fennel oil from star anise by ultrasonic-assisted combined with steam distillation was explored.Meanwhile,the optimum extraction process of fennel oil from star anise was optimized.The optimum extraction process of the fennell oil of star anise was determined by single factor test and orthogonal test.The results showed that the optimal extraction process conditions of the ultrasonic assisted steam distillation method for extracting the fennel oil of star anise were as follows:the fineness of the medicinal material was 80 mesh,the ultrasonic time was 30 min,the ratio of material to liquid was 1∶30.Then,steam distillation was used to extract the fennel oil.At this time,the amount of essential oil was the largest.It laid a favorable foundation for the further study of star anise oil.
