高水平专业群教师乡村振兴服务能力提升策略研究——基于对接工程机械产业链的高水平专业群建设背景

Research on the Strategy of Promoting the Service Ability of High-Level Professional Teachers in Rural Revitalization——Based on the Background of High-Level Professional Group Construction of Docking the Construction Machinery Industry Chain

乡村振兴是党和国家解决“三农”问题的一项重大战略举措。教师要深刻认识乡村振兴战略的重大意义,积极参与乡村振兴。基于湖南高职院校对接工程机械产业链的高水平专业群建设背景,文章阐述了专业群教师乡村振兴服务能力提升的必要性和面临的问题;从学校与教师自身层面出发,提出了搭建服务平台、建立制度保障、树立服务意识、创新服务模式、明确服务定位、提高专业技术能力等教师乡村振兴服务能力提升的策略。

Rural revitalization is a major strategic move of the Party and the state to solve the "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" problems.Teachers should deeply understand the significance of rural revitalization strategy and actively participate in rural revitalization.Based on the background of the construction of high-level professional group of Hunan higher vocational colleges connecting with the construction machinery industry chain,this paper expounds the necessity and problems faced by the professional group teachers to promote the service ability of rural revitalization.From the perspective of schools and teachers themselves,this paper puts forward some strategies to improve the service ability of teachers’ rural revitalization,such as building service platform,establishing service guarantee,establishing service consciousness,innovating service mode,clarifying service orientation,and improving professional and technical ability.
