Discussion on Optimization of Information Management Path of Hospital Scientific Research Expenditure

目的:通过优化徐州医科大学附属医院科研经费支出管理路径,建立全流程信息化管理。方法:分析医院既往科研经费支出管理过程中存在的问题,优化审批流程及实施线上审批。结果:与线下审批相比,线上审批提高了科研人员和管理人员办事效率。结论:优化科研经费支出管理路径不仅减轻了科研人员负担,而且提高了科研经费支出管理效率,同时减少了人员聚集带来疾病传播风险,最终提升医院科技水平。

Objective:To optimize the scientific research expenditure management path of the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University and establish the whole process information management.Methods:To analyze the problems existing in the management of scientific research expenditure in the past,optimize the approval process and implement online approval.Results:Compared with offline approval,Online approval improved the efficiency of scientific research personnel and management personnel.Conclusions:Optimizing the management path of scientific research expenditure not only reduces the burden of scientific research personnel,but also improves the efficiency of scientific research expenditure management,reduces the risk of disease transmission caused by personnel gathering,and ultimately improves the scientific and technological level of the hospital.
