湖州地区2021年严重急性呼吸道感染病例呼吸道合胞病毒流行特征分析 被引量:2

Epidemiological characteristics of respiratory syncytial virus in severe acute respiratory infection cases in Huzhou area in 2021

摘要 目的了解湖州地区严重急性呼吸道感染(SARI)病例中呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)流行病学和分子特征。方法采用多重实时荧光定量PCR方法,对2021年SARI患者286份鼻咽拭子标本进行RSV及其他常见呼吸道病毒筛查。所有RSV检测呈阳性的样本都进一步通过测序G基因序列进行分型。流行病学资料采用Excel 2010和SPSS21.0软件进行分析。结果引起SARI症状的病毒谱较广,最常见的病毒病原体为RSV(9.79%)。RSV-A阳性标本11例,RSV-B阳性标本17例。RSV感染在各年龄组均有发现,但不同年龄组间RSV检出率差异无统计学意义。冬季和春季是流行高峰期。系统发育分析将湖州地区的9株RSV-A属于ON1基因型。17株RSV-B属于BA9基因型。结论本研究揭示了2021年湖州市住院SARI患者RSV感染情况及分子流行病学特征;RSV的流行与年龄和季节有关;ON1和BA9基因型同时流行。 Objective To investigate the epidemiological and molecular characteristics of respiratory syncytial virus(RSV)in severe acute respiratory infection(SARI)cases in Huzhou area.Methods A total of 286 nasopharyngeal swabs from SARI patients in 2021 were screened for RSV and other common respiratory viruses by multiplex real-time quantitative PCR.All RSV positive samples were further classified by sequencing G gene sequence.The epidemiological data were analyzed by Excel2010 and SPSS 21.0.Results There was a wide spectrum of viruses causing SARI symptoms,and the most common viral pathogen was RSV(9.79%).There were 11 RSV-A positive specimens and 17 RSV-B positive specimens.RSV infection was found in all age groups,however,there was no significant difference in the detection rate of RSV among different age groups.The epidemic peaks in winter and spring.Phylogenetic analysis clustered RSV-A strains into ON1 genotype in Huzhou area.All 17 strains of RSV-B were BA9 genotypes.Conclusion This study revealed RSV infection and molecular epidemiological characteristics of hospitalized SARI patients in Huzhou city in 2021.The prevalence of RSV is related to age and season.Both ON1 and BA9 genotypes were prevalent.
