2018年—2021年温岭市手足口病病原学监测及流行特征分析 被引量:6

Etiological surveillance and epidemiological characteristics of hand-foot-mouth disease in Wenling City from 2018 to 2021

摘要 目的为及时掌握温岭市手足口病的病原学特征及流行特点,有效地科学防控提供可靠依据。方法利用传染病报告信息管理系统与温岭市疾病预防控制中心病原学检测数据,运用描述性流行病学方法及卫生统计学对手足口病的流行特点和病原学特征进行统计分析。结果2018年—2021年温岭市手足口病年均发病率为147.44/10万,4年间手足口病发病率呈周期性波动趋势;6月发病达到发病最高峰;城区发病率高于乡镇;男性发病率高于女性;1岁~3岁为高发年龄组;4年间Cox A6型已成为主要病原体。结论温岭市手足口病具有时间、地区、人群差异,相关部门需增强联防联控,加强病原学监测,科学进行疫情流行预测,针对重点人群采取综合防控措施。 Objective In order to timely grasp the pathogenic and epidemic characteristics of hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD)in Wenling City and provide reliable basis for effective scientific prevention and control.Methods Based on the infectious disease report information management system and the pathogenic detection data of Wenling Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention,the epidemiological and pathogenic characteristics of HFMD were statistically analyzed by using descriptive epidemiological methods and health statistics.Results The incidence rate of HFMD in Wenling City from 2018 to 2021 was 147.44/100000,and the incidence rate of HFMD was fluctuant in the four years.The incidence reached the peak in June.The incidence rate of urban area was significantly higher than that of township.The incidence rate of male was significantly higher than that of female.1-3 years old is the high incidence age group;in the past four years,Cox A6 has become the main pathogen.Conclusion There are differences in time,region and population of HFMD in Wenling City.Relevant departments need to strengthen joint prevention and control,strengthen etiological monitoring,scientifically predict the epidemic situation,and take comprehensive prevention and control measures for key populations.
