温州市瓯海区食源性疾病监测结果分析 被引量:2

Surveillance results analysis of foodborne diseases in Ouhai District,Wenzhou City

摘要 目的了解温州市瓯海区关于浙江省5种特定食源性病原菌感染情况及流行特征,为食源性疾病防控提供科学依据。方法对2018年—2021年温州市瓯海区食源性疾病哨点医院送检的肛拭标本进行浙江省5种特定食源性病原菌检测,并通过浙江省食源性监测报告系统收集监测病例资料,描述性统计分析监测数据。结果在1735份腹泻肛拭标本中检出病原菌496株,总检出率为28.59%。其中副溶血性弧菌检出率为14.12%,血清分型以O3∶K6为主,夏秋季高发;诺如病毒检出率为13.76%,基因型以GⅡ型为主,冬春季高发;沙门菌检出率为0.46%;致泻性大肠埃希菌检出率为0.23%;志贺菌未检出。病例职业以工人和民工为主,20岁~49岁及≥60岁年龄段为高发人群,可疑暴露食物以肉与肉制品、水产动物及其制品为主,可疑暴露场所以餐饮服务业为主。结论应结合瓯海区监测病例的人群分布和病原菌流行特征,针对性地开展防控,有效减少食源性疾病的发生。 Objective To discuss the infection and epidemiological trend of five specific foodborne pathogens in Ouhai District,Wenzhou City,so as to provide scientific basis for disease prevention and control.Methods Anal swab specimens from foodborne disease sentinel hospitals in Ouhai District from 2018 to 2021 were conducted for the test of five specific foodborne pathogens in Zhejiang Province.The data of surveillance cases were collected through Zhejiang foodborne surveillance reporting system,and descriptive statistics were analyzed.Results A total of 496 strains of pathogenic bacterium were detected in 1735 diarrhea anal swab specimens,and the isolation rate was 28.59%.The isolation rate of Vibrio parahemolyticus was 14.12%,and the main serotypes were O3∶K6,with high incidence in summer and autumn.The detection rate of norovirus was 13.76%,and the genotypes were mainly GⅡ,with high incidence in winter and spring.The detection rate of Salmonella was 0.46%.The detection rate of pathogenic Escherichia coli was 0.23%.Shigella was not detected.The occupations of the cases were mainly workers and migrant workers,and the age groups of 20-49 years old and≥60 years old were the high incidence groups.The suspected exposure foods were mainly meat and meat products,aquatic animals and their products,and the suspected exposure places were mainly catering services.Conclusion It is necessary to carry out targeted prevention and control according to the population distribution of monitored cases and the epidemic characteristics of pathogenic bacteria in Ouhai District to effectively reduce the occurrence of foodborne diseases.
