元宇宙数字版权内容极大丰富、数字版权内容载体面临重构、涉及领域众多,导致元宇宙数字版权保护面临诸多挑战:数字版权须重新获取、版权归属更加复杂、侵权盗版问题严重。在深入剖析元宇宙数字版权特征并以鲜明的现实问题为导向的基础上,从政策和技术两方面提出我国元宇宙数字版权保护应对策略,以期为我国元宇宙发展与布局提供有益的参考和借鉴。

The content of Metaverse digital copyright is extremely rich, the digital copyright content carrier is facing reconstruction, and involves many fields, which leads to many challenges in the protection of Metaverse digital copyright. Digital copyright must be reacquired, copyright ownership is more complicated, and the problem of infringement and piracy is serious. On the basis of in-depth analysis of the digital copyright characteristics in the Metaverse and oriented by clear practical problems, this paper proposes the guiding countermeasures for Metaverse digital copyright protection from both policy and technical aspects, in order to provide useful reference for the development and layout of Metaverse in China.
