晋商伦理与我国服务业结构转型的价值对话

The Value Dialogue between Shanxi Business Ethics and the Structural Transformation of China’s Service Industry

我国正处于经济转型的重要时期,从制造业到服务业面临着结构转型和技术升级的压力。为实现服务业结构的成功转型,既需要经营主体和管理模式的升级,也需要从商业伦理和产业价值角度实现变革,以改变服务业管理者的经营理念。晋商伦理包含诚、信、义三项基本原则,对当前我国服务业结构转型有极其重要的理论和实践价值。鉴于此,通过分析我国服务业结构转型的阵痛与困境,探索以诚、信、义为主体的晋商伦理对我国服务业结构转型的具体策略,以期实现晋商伦理与我国服务业转型的价值对话。

China is in an important period of economic transformation. From manufacturing to service industry, China is facing the pressure of structural transformation and technological upgrading. In order to achieve the successful transformation of the service industry structure, it is necessary to upgrade the business subject and management mode, and also to achieve changes from the perspective of business ethics and industrial value, so as to change the business philosophy of service industry managers. Shanxi business ethics includes three basic principles of honesty, trust and righteousness, which are of great theoretical and practical value to the current structural transformation of China’s service industry. In view of this, by analyzing the pains and difficulties in the structural transformation of China’s service industry, this paper explores the specific strategies for the structural transformation of China’s service industry of Shanxi merchants’ ethics with honesty, trust and righteousness as the main body, in order to realize the value dialogue between Shanxi merchants’ ethics and China’s service industry transformation.
