艾滋病确证室无效送检样本原因分析及防控

Cause analysis and prevention and control of invalid inspection in AIDS confirmatory laboratory

目的了解艾滋病确证实验室历年来收到的确证样本中无效送检产生的原因并分析防控对策。方法对2011-2020年本实验室收到的无效送检样本的送检资料、检测结果及检测过程进行统计分析。结果共101份样本中有66份属工作人员可控因素导致,占65.34%;23份属不可控因素导致,占22.78%;12份属其他原因导致占11.88%。结论通过分析发现有65.34%无效送检是可以避免。

Objective To understand the causes and preventive measures of invalid inspection in the confirmatory samples received by AIDS confirmatory laboratory over the years.Methods The test data and test results of invalid samples received by our laboratory from 2011 to 2020 were analyzed and counted.Results Sixty six of 101 samples were caused by controllable factors,accounting for 65.34%;23 were caused by uncontrollable factors,accounting for 22.78%;12 were caused by other reasons,accounting for 11.88%.Conclusion Through analysis,it is found that 65.34%invalid inspection can be avoided.
