MUC1、PRDX6基因多态性与慢阻肺人群发病风险的相关性研究

摘要 目的研究MUC1、PRDX6基因多态性与慢阻肺人群发病风险是否相关,比较它们在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)人群和健康人群的差异。方法选取该院541例维吾尔族COPD患者为病例组,同时选取喀什农村534例维吾尔族健康者为对照组,利用Sequenom MassARRAY SNP技术对MUC1基因进行多态性分析,并且将对COPD病例组及对照组实验结果进行SNP位点的哈代平衡(Hardy-Weinberg)χ^(2)检验,并对病例组及对照组中MUC1基因多态性位点(rs12411216)、PRDX6基因多态性位点(rs4382766,rs7314)进行多因素Logistic回归分析校正混杂因素后得出结果。结果MUC1基因多态性位点(rs12411216)与COPD发病无相关性(P>0.05)。PRDX6基因多态性位点(rs4382766,rs7314)与吸烟组COPD患者发病风险无相关性(P>0.05),与不吸烟COPD患者发病风险有相关性(P<0.05)。结论MUC1基因多态性与COPD人群发病风险无关联,PRDX6基因rs4382766、rs7314位点是不吸烟COPD人群发病的易感基因位点。 Objective To investigate whether MUC1 and PRDX6 gene polymorphisms are associated with the risk of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD),and compare their differences between COPD and healthy people.Methods 541 Uygur patients with COPD in this hospital were selected as the case group,while 534 Uygur patients in Kashgar rural areas were selected as the control group.The MUC1 gene polymorphism was analyzed using Sequenom MassARRAY SNP technology.The experimental results of COPD case group and healthy control group were used for Hardy Weinberg balance of SNP lociχ^(2).The results were obtained by multivariate logistic regression analysis of MUC1 gene polymorphism(rs12411216)and PRDX6 gene polymorphism(rs4382766,rs7314)in the case group and the control group after correcting for confounding factors.Results MUC1 gene polymorphism(rs12411216)was not associated with COPD(P>0.05).The PRDX6 gene polymorphism(rs4382766,rs7314)was not associated with the risk of COPD in smoking group(P>0.05),but was associated with the risk of COPD in non-smoking group(P<0.05).Conclusion The MUC1 gene polymorphism was not associated with the risk of COPD.The rs4382766 and rs7314 loci of PRDX6 gene were the susceptible gene loci of non-smoking COPD population.
