集束化护理服务在下咽癌患者放化疗期间的应用

Application of Cluster Nursing Service in Patients with Hypopharyngeal Cancer during Radiochemotherapy

目的:探讨集束化护理服务在下咽癌患者放化疗期间的应用效果。方法:选取2018年3月1日~2021年10月31日收治的60例行放化疗的下咽癌患者作为研究对象,依据护理方法不同分为对照组和观察组各30例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施集束化护理;比较两组干预前后疼痛程度[采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]、负性情绪[采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]、生活质量[采用欧洲癌症研究与治疗组织生命质量测定量表(QLQ-C30)]、并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果:干预后,两组VAS、SAS、SDS评分均低于干预前(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.01);观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组QLQ-C30评分优于干预前(P<0.05),且观察组优于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05);观察组总护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:集束化护理服务可改善下咽癌患者放化疗期间疼痛、负性情绪,降低并发症发生率,提高患者生活质量和护理满意度。

Objective: To explore the application effect of cluster nursing service in patients with hypopharyngeal cancer during radiochemotherapy.Methods: During March 1,2018 to October 31,2021 60 patients with hypopharyngeal cancer undergoing radiochemotherapy were selected as the research objects, on the basis of different nursing methods were divided into the control group and the observation group, each with 30 cases, the control group Implemented routine nursing, the observation group implemented cluster nursing.Comparison was made between the two groups before and after the intervention on degree of pain by using visual analogue scale(VAS),negative emotions by the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),the self rating depression scale(SDS),quality of life by the European organization for research and treatment of cancer quality of life scale(QLQ-C30),the incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction.Results: After the intervention, the VAS,SAS and SDS scores were lower in both groups than those before intervention(P<0.05),and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).The total incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention, the QLQ-C30 scores were better in both groups than those before intervention(P<0.05),and those in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.01,P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction was higher in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Cluster nursing service can improve the pain and negative emotions in patients with hypopharyngeal cancer during radiochemotherapy, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve their quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
