磁性护理对内镜下治疗消化道出血患者负性情绪及治疗依从性的影响

Effect of Magnetic Nursing on Negative Emotions and Treatment Compliance in Patients Undergoing Endoscopic Treatment for Gastrointestinal Bleeding

目的:探讨磁性护理对内镜下治疗消化道出血患者负性情绪及治疗依从性的影响。方法:选取2018年10月1日~2020年10月1日收治的67例内镜下治疗消化道出血患者为研究对象,根据不同护理方法分为对照组34例和实验组33例(每组均由14名护士进行护理),对照组采用常规护理,实验组采用磁性护理;比较两组干预前后负性情绪[采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]、治疗依从性、护士护理质量、工作满意度及患者住院满意度。结果:干预后,实验组SAS、SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.01);实验组治疗依从性中积极治疗、按时服药、合理饮食评分均高于对照组(P<0.01);实验组护士护理质量中安全管理、临床护理、护士考核、病区管理评分均高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01);实验组护士工作满意度评分、患者住院满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:磁性护理不仅能减轻消化道出血患者内镜下治疗的负性情绪、提高其治疗依从性,还能提升护理质量、护士工作满意度和患者住院满意度。

Objective: To explore the effect of magnetic nursing on negative emotions and treatment compliance in patients undergoing endoscopic treatment for gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods: A total of 67 patients with gastrointestinal bleeding treated under endoscopy during October 1,2018 to October 1,2020 were selected as the study objects, according to the nursing methods were divided into the control group with 34 cases and the experimental group with 33 cases(each group was cared by 14 nurses),the control group adopted routine nursing, an d the experimental group adopted magnetic nursing;Comparison was made between the two groups before and after the intervention on negative emotions by he Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),the Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),treatment compliance, nursing quality by nurses, job satisfaction and patient satisfaction with hospitalization.Results: After intervention, the SAS and SDS scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).The active treatment, medication on time and reasonable diet scores of treatment compliance in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).The scores of safety management, clinical nursing, nurse assessment, and ward management of nursing quality in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).The nurses′ job satisfaction scores and patient hospitalization satisfaction scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion: Magnetic nursing can not only relieve negative emotions of patients undergoing endoscopic treatment for gastrointestinal bleeding, and improve their treatment compliance but also improve nursing quality, nurses′ job satisfaction and patient hospitalization satisfaction.
