摘要
本文采用团聚烧结法制备了WC-MoB-Co金属陶瓷喷涂粉末,使用超音速火焰喷涂技术在316L不锈钢基材上制备了WC-MoB-Co涂层;采用SEM、XRD表征了WC-MoB-Co粉末和腐蚀前后涂层的微观形貌及物相组成;测试了WC-MoB-Co涂层耐熔融锌铝腐蚀性能。研究结果表明,制备的WC-MoB-Co金属陶瓷复合粉末粒度集中、流动性好、松装密度高;WC-MoB-Co涂层结合强度高、孔隙率低;WC-MoB-Co涂层具有良好的耐腐蚀性能,随着腐蚀时间的延长,涂层中的WC颗粒逐渐参与反应。
In this paper,WC-MoB-Co cermet spray powders were prepared by agglomeration and sintering method,and WC-MoB-Co coatings were prepared on 316L stainless steel substrates by high-velocity oxygenfuel spraying technology.SEM and XRD were used to characterize the WC-MoB-Co powder and the microscopic morphology and phase composition of the coating before and after corrosion;the corrosion resistance of WCMoB-Co coating to molten zinc and aluminum were tested.The research results showed that the prepared WCMoB-Co cermet composite powder exhibited concentrated particle size,good fluidity and high bulk density.The WC-MoB-Co coating with high bonding strength and low porosity showed good corrosion resistance.With the prolongation of corrosion time,the WC particles in the coating gradually participated in the reaction.
