摘要
教师绩效考核与激励关系到高职院校双高建设的有效推进,当下高职院校教师绩效考核与激励在理念、主体、内容、方式方法和保障督导上还存在一些不足。基于此,提出高职院校在构建教师绩效考核与激励机制时,以全面质量管理理论为指导,坚持人本管理理念,注重指标设计,坚持和创新考核方式,健全保障与督导机制,不断提升教师绩效考核与激励的效能。
Performance assessment and incentive mechanism of teachers is in connection with the effective promotion of the “Double High” construction in higher vocational colleges. Under the research framework of total quality management(TQM) theory, some deficiencies of performance assessment and incentive mechanism in concepts, subjects, content, methods, and supervision exist. This paper proposes the idea that the TQM theory shall guide the construction of performance assessment and incentive mechanism in higher vocational colleges. Meanwhile, the concept of people-oriented management, the design of indicators and innovation of assessment methods shall be insisted and the guarantee and supervision mechanism shall be continuously improved in order to elevate the efficiency of teachers’ performance assessment and incentive mechanism.
