摘要
植物提取物是天然抗氧化剂的重要来源,抗氧化活性成分的提取技术越来越引起人们的兴趣,本文综述了果壳中抗氧化有效成分的提取技术研究进展,介绍了几种常见和新兴提取技术的机理和影响因素,并比较了各种提取技术的优缺点。根据样品的性质,对于特定的抗氧化成分,应采用多方法组合来确保提取物的抗氧化活性。
Plant extracts are important source of natural antioxidants. The extraction technology of antioxidant active ingredient is more and more arouse people’s interest. The research progress of extraction technology of antioxidant active components from fruit shells was reviewed in this paper. The mechanism and influencing factors of several common and emerging extraction technologies were introduced. The advantages and disadvantages of various extraction techniques were compared. According to the nature of the sample for certain antioxidant, the combined method should be adopted to ensure that the antioxidant activity of extracts.
