摘要
以偏高岭土和EVA(Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate Copolymer)乳液为主要原材料,水玻璃为碱激发剂,再加入填料和一些助剂,通过搅拌制备偏高岭土地聚合物防腐涂层。探究乳液和水玻璃的掺量对涂层力学性能的影响。实验结果表明:乳液掺量为20 g、水玻璃掺量为30 g时涂层的力学性能最好。
In this paper, metakaolin and EVA(Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate Copolymer) emulsion are used as main raw materials, water glass as alkali activator, and filler and some auxiliaries are added to prepare anti-corrosion coating of metakaolin land polymer by stirring to explore the influence of the amount of emulsion and water glass on the mechanical properties of coatings. The results show that the mechanical properties of coatings with 20 g emulsion and 30 g water glass are the best.
