摘要
摩擦纳米发电机(TENG)能够实现机械能到电能的转换,不仅可直接作为能源器件,还可以用作自驱动传感器实现对外部机械运动的测量,在物联网时代具有广阔的应用前景。设计了一种基于TENG的向量转速传感器,可同时实现转动方向和转动速度的实时测量,并解决了过去此类传感器中结构复杂和功能单一的缺陷。结果表明,通过优化的结构参数,该传感器在高于5 r/min的转速中均能够输出锐利的开路电压波形,便于信号处理。在20~600 r/min的有效测量范围内,传感器测量结果的线性度高达1.00,且测量相对误差仅约为1%。提供了TENG在转动传感器领域的实用策略。
Triboelectric nanogenerator(TENG)can realize the conversion of mechanical energy to electrical energy.It can be used as an energy device directly and sensors to realize the measurement of external mechanical motions,which has a broad application prospect in the era of internet of things.A vector rotational speed sensor based on TENG was designed.It can realize real-time measurement of rotational direction and rotational speed simultaneously,and avoids the defects of complex structure and single function of such sensors in the past.The results show that with optimized structural parameters,the sensor can output sharp open-circuit voltage waveforms at a rotational speed above 5 r/min to facilitate signal processing.In the effective measurement range of 20-600 r/min,the measured linearity of the sensor is up to 1.00 and the measurement relative error is only about 1%.The practical strategy of TENG in the field of rotation sensors is provided.
