我国公共图书馆事业及科技创新行为协同发展研究

Research on the Coordinated Development of Public Librarianship and Innovation Behavior in Science and Technology

公共图书馆事业的发展对科技创新行为的产生具有较强的影响力。以协同理论为基础,构建公共图书馆事业和科技创新行为复合系统的评价指标体系,进而建立复合系统的协同评价模型;对2009—2017年我国公共图书馆的样本数据进行实证研究,结果表明,公共图书馆事业与科技创新行为之间存在着明显的协同关系,且其协同程度呈逐年上升的趋势。据此提出了增强公共图书馆的开放性、构建多层级图书馆协同体系、加强科技信息服务的推广等对策建议。

The development of public library has a strong influence on the generation of scientific and technological innovation behavior. Based on the collaborative theory, the collaborative evaluation model of the composite system is established by constructing the evaluation index system of the composite system of public librarianship and scientific and technological innovation behavior;Then, an empirical research is carried out by collecting the sample data of public libraries in China from 2009 to 2017. The research shows that there is an obvious collaborative relationship between public librarianship and scientific and technological innovation, and its collaborative relationship is increasing year by year;Finally, based on the research results, combined with the main needs of scientific and technological innovation, this paper puts forward targeted decision-making suggestions for the openness of public libraties, the construction of a multi-level library collaboration system, and the promotion of scientific and techonlogical information services.
