本科护生异常心理症状间关系分析及心理健康预测模型建立

Relationship between Abnormal Psychological Symptoms of Nursing Undergraduates and Construction of Mental Health Prediction Model

目的了解影响本科护生心理健康的主要异常心理症状及发生规律,为护生的心理健康工作提供决策支持。方法采用关联分析、系统聚类分析和决策树分析方法,对2021级本科护生的症状自评量表(SCL-90)测试数据进行分析。结果如果护生患有人际关系敏感轻症和焦虑轻症,往往合并有强迫轻症;患有人际关系敏感轻症和精神病性轻症,则倾向于合并偏执轻症。此外,所有轻症都被归为一类,所有重症都被归为另一类。强迫和人际关系敏感这2个因子中,只要有一个为异常,就会导致SCL-90测试结果判定为异常;只有二者都正常,才能判定为心理症状健康。结论强迫和人际关系敏感是影响心理症状测试结果的核心因子,异常心理症状之间存在特定的关联关系。本研究结果对护生的心理症状筛查工作有重要的参考价值,并为制定针对性的心理干预措施提供了重要的理论依据。

Objective To understand the main abnormal psychological symptoms and their occurrence regularity that affect the mental health of nursing undergraduates,and to provide decision support for mental health of nursing students.Methods Nursing undergraduates were surveyed by using symptom checklist 90(SCL-90)and the data were analyzed by using association analysis,system cluster analysis and decision tree analysis.Results Light interpersonal sensitivity and light anxiety were frequently combined with light obsessive-compulsive,and light interpersonal sensitivity and light psychoticism with light paranoid ideation.Furthermore,all the light symptoms were clustered into one category,and all the severe symptoms were clustered into another.Either obsessivecompulsive or interpersonal sensitivity was the determinant for psychological assessment.If the two factors of obsessive-compulsive and interpersonal sensitivity were normal,the psychological assessment result was normal.Conclusion Obsessive-compulsive and interpersonal sensitivity are the core factors affecting the results of mental health test,and there is a specific correlation between abnormal psychological symptoms.The present study has important reference for mental health assessment of nursing undergraduates,and provides important theoretical reference for formulating targeted psychological intervention measures.
