Analysis of 3D Modeling Technology in Real Estate Mapping

在互联网快速发展的背景下,测绘数据变得维度更广,数量更大,结构更复杂。近年来,房产测绘成果数据更多样,更严谨,正由传统的二维平面走向立体三维。Auto CAD的二维和三维的绘图功能强大,一直被广泛地应用在房产测绘测量中的面积量算。从2015年起,国家及地方都在大力推进建筑信息模型(BIM,BuildingInformationModeling)技术在建筑领域的应用。Revit作为Autodesk主打的BIM解决方案软件,在房屋建筑设计应用广泛。本文将通过分析CAD、Revit两者的三维建模技术,借助CAD平台和Revit平台可以更准确、更高效地实现房产测绘的三维建模。

In the context of the rapid development of the Internet,data has become more dimensional,larger and more complex in structure.In recent years,property mapping and surveying results data are more diverse and rigorous,and are moving from the traditional two-dimensional plane to three-dimensional 3 D.CAD has been upgraded with versions,which not only has powerful 2 D drawing editing functions,but also has strong 3 D modelling functions.Since 2015,national and local governments have been vigorously promoting the application of BIM(Building Information Modeling) technology in the construction field.Revit,as the main BIM solution software of Autodesk,is widely used in housing and building design.This paper will analyze the 3 D modeling technology of CAD and Revit by comparing and contrasting them,which can realize the 3 D modeling of property surveying and mapping more accurately and efficiently with the help of CAD platform and Revit platform.
