大冶特殊钢炼铁厂原料无人行车控制技术的应用

摘要 近年来,智能制造已成为我国钢铁行业发展的重大趋势和核心内容,也是加快企业生产操作方式转变,实现节能降耗的重要抓手。提高企业劳动生产率,降低运行成本,减少岗位安全事故及生产设备事故,确保生产有序进行,使企业整体装备、生产及管理水平提高一个新层次。重点介绍了大冶特钢针对炼铁厂原料场一次料库行车智能无人化改造技术特点进行了阐述,分析大冶特钢现有自动化和信息化发展水平以及推行国家智能制造应用推进的进展,提出了智能行车的可行性以及实施思路。 In recent years,intelligent manufacturing has become a major trend and core content in the development of China’s iron and steel industry,and also an important starting point to accelerate the transformation of enterprise production and operation mode and achieve energy conservation and consumption reduction.Improve the labor productivity of the enterprise,reduce the operation cost,reduce post safety accidents and production equipment accidents,ensure the orderly production,and improve the overall equipment,production and management level of the enterprise to a new level.Focuses on the introduction of Daye Special Steel’s technical characteristics of the intelligent unmanned transformation of the crane in the primary stock yard of the iron making plant,analyzes the current automation and information development level of Daye Special Steel and the progress in promoting the application of national intelligent manufacturing,and puts forward the feasibility and implementation ideas of the intelligent vehicle.
