摘要
结合斜拉桥的构造及受力特点,针对受力关键部位以及结构复杂区域进行局部应力分析。新建中山至开平高速公路银洲湖特大桥双塔双索面混合式结合梁斜拉桥工程,半漂浮体系,跨径组合为56.8+131.2+530+131.2+56.8 m,边中跨比约为0.355,全长906 m。地处粤南地区江门市新会区三江镇内。主梁中跨采用组合梁,边跨采用混凝土梁,钢混结合部位于中跨过主塔8.75 m处。采用双悬臂不平衡主梁施工工艺,通过建立其索塔锚固区有限元模型,分析该区域在主梁不平衡施工过程中的局部应力分布规律,为后续类似工艺桥梁设计提供参考。
Combined with the structure and stress characteristics of the cable-stayed bridge,the local stress analysis is carried out for the key parts of the stress and the complex area of the structure.The new YINZHOUHU super large bridge of Zhongshan Kaiping expressway is a double tower double cable plane hybrid composite girder cable-stayed bridge project.It is a semi floating system,with a span combination of56.8 + 131.2 + 530 + 131.2 + 56.8m,a side to mid span ratio of about 0.355,and a total length of 906m.It is located in Sanjiang Town,Xinhui District,Jiangmen City,southern Guangdong.The middle span of the main beam is a composite beam,the side span is a concrete beam,and the steel-concrete joint is located 8.75 m above the main tower of the middle span.The construction technology of double cantilever unbalanced main beam is adopted.By establishing the finite element model of its Cable Tower Anchorage Zone,the local stress distribution law in the process of unbalanced construction of the main beam in this area is analyzed,which provides a reference for subsequent similar bridge design.
