摘要 依据现行国标《绿色建筑评价标准》(GB/T50378-2019),绿色建筑是在全寿命周期内,节约资源、保护环境、减少污染,并为人们提供健康、适用、高效的空间。以实际工程为例,阐述绿色建筑在运维阶段的节能减排技术与应用,以确保绿色建筑在50年设计基准期内超低能耗。 According to the current national standard “Assessment standard for green building” (GB/T50378-2019),green building is in the whole life cycle,save resources,protect the environment and reduce pollution,and provide people with a healthy,applicable and efficient space Taking a actual project as an example,this paper expounds the energy-saving and emission reduction technology and application of green buildings in the operation and maintenance stage,so as to ensure ultra-low energy consumption of green buildings in the50-year design reference period.
