摘要
为了测试速冻设备用离心风机的设计效果,根据速冻设备的使用环境,设计并搭建了离心风机性能测试平台。利用该平台对七号离心风机的流场指标进行了测试,并利用CFD软件进行了仿真计算。风机测试结果与仿真结果的对比表明:出风口的风速、风压和风量吻合较好,仿真结果数值较高,尤其是吸风口的数值差异较大。因此,提出的一种速冻设备用离心风机性能测试平台可以为速冻设备风机设计与测试提供有效的帮助。
To examine the effectiveness of the designed centrifugal fan on the quick-frozen equipment,a centrifugal fan performance test platform is designed and built according to the use environment where the equipment is used.We use the platform to examine the flow field index of the tested No.7 centrifugal fan,which is also simulated with CFD software.Comparison between test and simulation results shows that the outlet velocity,pressure,and flow rate are in good agreement,but the simulation values tend to be larger especially at the inlet.Therefore,the centrifugal fan performance test platform proposed in this paper can provide effective help for the design and testing of quick-frozen equipment fans.
