基于组合赋权法的绝缘机器人健康状态评估 被引量:1

摘要 绝缘机器人作为高空高压作业机器人,掌握其健康状态至关重要,可以及时减少不必要的损失,及时消除安全隐患。针对绝缘机器人的健康状态,采用改进的层次分析法和熵权法的组合赋权法对其关键指标进行赋权,再通过灰色聚类法实现其子系统及机器人整体的健康状态评估。结果表明,该种赋权方法对绝缘机器人运行健康状态的评估准确率达到88.67%,高于单一赋权的健康状态评估方法。 Insulation robot as a high-altitude high-pressure operation robot,it is very important to master its health status,can timely reduce unnecessary losses,timely eliminate safety hazards.Aiming at the health status of the insulated robot,the key indexes are weighted by the combination of the improved analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and entropy weight method,and then the health status of its subsystems and the whole robot is evaluated by the grey clustering method.The results show that the accuracy of this weighting method is 88.67%,which is higher than that of the single weighting method.
