摘要
对厂级监控信息系统(SIS)的网络架构进行分析,指出其中存在的问题,提出并联交叉冗余的SIS架构,对其设计思路、配置方法和技术特点进行说明。用概率分析法对并联交叉冗余SIS和常规SIS的可靠性进行计算,得出以下结论:随着SIS使用年限的增加,单个设备的故障率越高,并联交叉冗余架构对于提高SIS可靠性的作用越明显。交叉冗余架构只需要软件设置和网线切换,无额外硬件投入,因此该方法的技术经济性高,适合在工程中推广。
This paper analyzed the traditional architecture of supervisor information system(SIS)and pointed out its disadvantages.Parallel cross redundancy SIS network was proposed,and its design idea,configuration method and technical characteristics were explained.By comparing the reliability of parallel cross redundancy SIS network with regular network through probability analysis,a conclusion was drawn that as the age of the SIS increased,the failure rate of a single device was higher,and the parallel cross redundancy SIS network has higher reliability over none-cross network and old supervisor information system.As cross redundancy SIS network need only software configuration and no additional hardware required,this method is valuable from the perspective of technology and economy and has good promotion value for other SIS projects.
