摘要 文章结合现有的地灾防治卫星通信体系架构,研究需要频率共享的地灾监测卫星物联网解决方案,分析地灾监测卫星物联网与地灾防治应急通信系统在实用场景下的频率共享与规避方案,实现卫星频率资源的统一调度。卫星通信资源平时物联,战时应急,实现地灾防治卫星应急通信网与地灾监测卫星物联网两网并存共处、资源统一调度,达到充分利用已有的频率资源,不增加额外运行成本的目标。 Combined with the existing emergency response satcom system architecture of MNR,study and analyze the bandwidth sharing and avoidance scheme of the application scenarios of the satellite Internet of Things and Emergency Response System,realize the unified scheduling of satellite bandwidth resources.Bandwidth is assigned to IoT VSAT system normally,and will be allocated to emergency response VSAT system when required.The goal is to make full use of the existing satellite bandwidth,without additional operation cost increasing.
