在“新工业革命”背景下,高新技术产业展现出了极大的生产力发展空间,为共同富裕积累了物质力量。但是以人工智能为代表的智能化技术革命也加剧了生产领域对人的替代,带来结构性失业的问题,普通劳动者一定程度上失去了劳动致富的可能。回顾马克思对工业革命时期技术变革对资本主义国家产业工人的替代现状研究,能够为我国处理技术发展带来的负面影响提供借鉴。通过发展职业教育、完善合理收入分配制度、提高企业自主创新能力以及弘扬工匠精神,为工人劳动者共同富裕的实现提供现实路径。

In the context of the "New Industrial Revolution",high-tech industries have shown great space for the development of productive forces and accumulated material power for common prosperity.However,the intelligent technological revolution represented by artificial intelligence also intensifies the substitution of people in the field of production,causing structural unemployment,and ordinary workers lose the possibility of getting rich through labor to a certain extent.The review of Marx’s research on the substitution of technological change to industrial workers in capitalist countries during the period of industrial revolution can provide reference for our country to deal with the negative impact of technological development.Through developing vocational education,improving the reasonable income distribution system,improving the independent innovation ability of enterprises and promoting the spirit of craftsmen,the realization of common prosperity for workers and laborers can provide a realistic path.
