牵引变电站高压开关柜指示灯状态远程识别系统设计

摘要 传统开关柜指示灯状态识别系统存在识别精度不理想问题,为此提出牵引变电站高压开关柜指示灯状态远程识别系统。基于Linux系统,将指示灯状态传输到OV7640芯片,实现系统硬件的构建;为远程识别提供抽象接口的驱动程序,生成BMP格式位图,进而实现指示灯状态的远程识别。根据对比实验结果可知,在识别时间和识别次数一致的前提下,所设计系统的识别精准率最高可达96.6%,误差率仅为2.7%,表明所设计系统更符合应用要求。 The traditional indicator state recognition system of switchgear has the problem of poor recognition accuracy. Therefore, the design of remote identification system for the status of indicator light of high voltage switchgear in traction substation is proposed. Based on Linux system, the status of indicator light is transferred to OV7640 chip to realize the construction of system hardware. The driver of abstract interface is provided for remote recognition, and BMP format bitmap is generated, and the remote recognition of indicator state can be realized. According to the comparison experiment results, the recognition accuracy of the system can reach 96.6% and the error rate is only 2.7% under the circumstance of the same recognition time and the number of times. The data show that the designed system is more suitable for the application requirements.
