基于煤岩学探讨兰炭在炼焦配煤的适合度

摘要 为了从煤岩学的角度探讨低阶煤低温干馏产物兰炭在配煤炼焦中的适用性问题,采用HYLZ-2型铝甑低温干馏炉,以鄂尔多斯盆地神府-东胜长焰煤为原料,制备了8个具有不同干馏程度的煤样品,并作煤岩分析;根据每个样品的反射率分布和活惰比,计算各自的强度指数SI与组分平衡指数CBI,以及各对SI-CBI点到SI-CBI优化配煤矩形区中点的距离(d_(j)),定义该距离为配煤炼焦不适合度,即距离越大,就越不适合配煤炼焦。结果表明:低温干馏起始样的最大反射率R_(max)=0.576%,属于长焰煤;低温干馏结束样的最大反射率R_(max)=1.730%,提质到瘦煤;低温干馏起始样的距离(d_(0)=2.96)最小,最适合炼焦配煤;低温干馏结束样的距离(d_(7)=14.51)最大,最不适合炼焦配煤;配煤炼焦不适合度的比较证实低温干馏可以提质,但生产出的兰炭却达不到配煤炼焦的科学要求。 In order to discuss the applicability of semi-coke from low temperature carbonization of low rank coal in the coal blending for coking from the perspective of coal petrology,using HYLZ-2 aluminum retort low temperature carbonization furnace and Shenfu Dongsheng long flame coal in Ordos Basin as raw material,8 semi-coke samples with different degrees of carbonization were prepared and analyzed.Based on the reflectance distribution and active-inertia ratio of each sample,their respective strength index(SI)and component balance index(CBI)were calculated.Also,the distance“d_(j)”between each pair SI-CBI of the sample and mid-point of SI-CBI optimized coal blending matrix zone was calculated,to define the unsuitability of the blended coal for coking.That was,the larger the distance,the less suitable for coal coking.The results showed that the maximum reflectivity of the starting sample of the low temperature carbonization was R_(max)=0.576%,belonging to long flame coal.The maximum reflectivity of the finishing sample was 1.730%,upgraded to lean coal.The starting sample d_(0)=2.96 and had shortest distance,most suitable for coking coal.The distance of the finishing sample d_(7)=14.51 and had the longest distance,least suitable for coking coal.The comparison of blended coal unsuitability for coking proved that low temperature coal carbonization could upgrade the coal,but the semi-coke produced could not meet the scientific requirements of blended coal for coking.
