煤化工装置非正常工况碳减排的智能化研究 被引量:4

摘要 煤化工装置运行过程中,因人为操作、非计划停车等导致的非正常碳排放是煤化工装置碳减排面临的问题之一。介绍了目前煤化工装置的碳排放现状、碳排放来源,简述了智能化技术在石化化工领域的开发应用情况。通过对煤化工装置运行现状的分析,提出通过建立煤质集总数据库、构建装置机理模型、预测运行设备故障、构建数字孪生工厂、建立软仪表等方法,利用大数据、机器学习、流程模拟、数字工厂等技术手段,减少装置非计划停车,优化装置操作,降低装置能耗,从而实现煤化工装置的碳减排。 During the operation of coal chemical plant,the abnormal carbon emission caused by artificial operation and unplanned shutdown was one of the problems of carbon emission reduction faced by coal chemical plant.The present situation and source of carbon emission of coal chemical plant were introduced,and the development and application of intelligent technology in petrochemical and chemical industries were briefly described.Through analyzing the current situation of coal chemical plant operation,detailed methods were proposed,such as establishment of coal quality collective database,construction of the plant mechanism model,failure prediction for the operating equipment,building the digital twin and soft instrumentation,etc.Through the use of such technologies as big data,machine learning,process simulation and digital factories,the energy consumption of the plant would be reduced as a result of the reduction of unplanned plant shutdown and the optimization of plant operation,so as to achieve the goal of reducing carbon emission of coal chemical plant.
