曹家滩煤灰分和水分对发热量影响的理论与实验研究

摘要 根据GB/T 213—2008《煤的发热量测定方法》测定煤的发热量耗时长、测试速度慢,因此以榆林曹家滩煤为研究对象,利用最小二乘法推导出煤样低位发热量与全水分、干基灰分的模拟方程,采用t检验法、F检验法验证了该模拟方程的可靠性。将煤样低位发热量实测值与理论值进行对比,发现两者绝对值误差小于0.3 MJ/kg,符合GB/T 213—2008中关于低位发热量再现性临界差的要求,进一步验证了该模拟方程的准确性。最后讨论了全水分、干基灰分对煤低位发热量的影响,结果表明,煤低位发热量与全水分、干基灰分呈负相关,且全水分或干基灰分每增加1个百分点,低位发热量减少约0.25 MJ/kg。 The calorific value of coal cannot be measured quickly according to GB/T 213—2008 Method for Determination of Calorific Value of Coal.Therefore,the Caojiatan coal of Yulin was taken as the research object,and the simulation equation of low calorific value,total moisture content and dry ash content of coal samples was deduced by the least square method.The reliability of the mathematical model was verified by t test and F test.Comparing the measured low calorific value of coal sample with the theoretical value,it was found that the absolute value error between them was less than0.3 MJ/kg,which met the requirement of critical difference of reproducibility of low calorific value in GB/T 213—2008,further validating the accuracy of the simulation equation.Finally,the impact of total moisture and dry ash content on coal low calorific value was discussed.The results showed that the low calorific value of coal was negatively correlated with total moisture and dry ash content,if the proportion increased one percentage point in total moisture or dry ash content,the low calorific value decreased by 0.25 MJ/kg.
