摘要
针对某公司煤焦油深加工生产线中浓硫酸法粗酚生产装置在自动化、环保等方面存在的问题,采用模糊控制算法进行了装置技改。以现有分解器设备为基础,通过增加pH值传感器、温度传感器、流量计和调节阀等设备,采用混合液pH值和温度值参数双输入,浓硫酸加酸流量值单输出型的模糊控制器,实现粗酚生产装置加酸的自动控制。改造后使用效果表明,通过生产过程中pH值的精确控制,在全负荷工况下实现了粗酚产品质量的稳定合格,同时显著减少了酸雾的产生以及酸雾夹带酚类产品的损失。
In view of the problems existing in the automation and environmental protection of the crude phenol production unit with concentrated sulfuric acid in the deep processing production line of coal tar in a company,the fuzzy control algorithm was used to carry out the technical renovation of the unit.Based on the existing decomposer,by adding pH value sensor,temperature sensor,flowmeter and control valve,and using fuzzy controller with dual input of pH value and temperature value of mixed solution and single output of flow of added concentrated sulfuric acid,the technical renovation realized the automatic control of acid addition in crude phenol production unit.The application effect after renovation showed that,through precise pH control during the production process,the quality of crude phenol product was stable and qualified under full load conditions,and the generation of acid mist and the loss of phenol products entrained by acid mist were significantly reduced,and good application effect was achieved.
