五环干粉煤气化炉激冷罐运行问题分析及技改优化

Operating problem analysis and technical renovation of chilling tank of Wuhuan dry pulverized coal gasifier

河南龙宇煤化工有限公司两台五环炉自试车以来,激冷罐在运行中曾出现激冷水量不足、液位波动、黑水管线堵塞、激冷罐入口结垢、水冷壁泄漏等问题。为此在介绍五环煤气化整体工艺、激冷罐运行系统的基础上,分析了故障发生的原因,重点阐述了针对各种故障采取的改进和优化措施。经过技术改造及借鉴同类装置激冷罐的运行经验,单台五环炉最长运行周期已达到A级288 d。

Since the commissioning of the two Wuhuan gasifiers of Henan Longyu Coal Chemical Co.,Ltd.,problems such as insufficient chilled water volume,liquid level fluctuation,blockage of black water pipeline,scaling at the inlet of chilling tank,and water wall leakage had occurred in the operation of chilling tank.Based on the introduction of the overall process of Wuhuan gasifiers and chilling tank operation system,the failure causes were analyzed,with focus on elaborating the improvement and optimization measures for various failures.After a series of technical renovation and learning from the chilling tank operation experience of the similar units,the longest operation period of a single Wuhuan gasifier reached Class A 288 days.
