共同富裕视域下高质量推进乡村振兴的路径探析

高质量推进乡村振兴、补齐农业农村短板、加快城乡融合发展是实现中华民族伟大复兴的必然要求,也是守好“三农”基础、主动应对世界百年未有之大变局的重要前提。当前,我国已经开启扎实推动共同富裕新阶段。从共同富裕的实践主体和实现途径看,农民农村共同富裕是扎实推进共同富裕的关键主体和重要途径。要把高质量推进乡村振兴放在实现共同富裕的目标下谋划,坚持党对乡村振兴的集中统一领导;全面深化乡村领域改革,释放发展活力;统筹城乡融合发展,增强乡村振兴发展的平衡性;巩固提升脱贫攻坚成果,持续推动乡村振兴和民生改善。

Promoting with rural revitalization high-quality,complementing agricultural and rural weaknesses,and accelerating integrated urban and rural development are the inevitable requirements of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.They are also important prerequisites for maintaining the foundation of agriculture,rural areas,and farmers,and respond ing to the world’s profound changes unseen in a century actively.At present,China has started a solid promotion of common prosperity in a new stage.From the perspective of the practice and the realization approach of common prosperity,common prosperity of farmers and rural areas is the key subject and important approach of promotioning common prosperity steadily.We should plan to promote high-quality rural revitalization under the goal of achieving common prosperity,adhere to the centralized and unified leadership of the Party on rural revitalization,comprehensively deepen rural reform and release development vitality,balance urban and rural integrated development,consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation,and continue to promote rural revitalization and improve people’s livelihood.
