摘要
长江中游城市群科技服务综合评价指标体系面向长江中游城市群科技服务业,基于协同学理论,结合文献、理论成果、实地调研、专家访谈,力图为长江中游地区提供一套科学、有效,既充分契合区域科技服务现实需求,又客观反映并有效评估区域内科技服务水平的综合评价指标体系,推动长江中游城市群科技服务行业提质增效、转型升级。
The comprehensive evaluation index system of science and technology services for the city clusters in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River is oriented to the science and technology service industry of the middle reaches of the Yangtze River. Based on the theory of synergetics and combining with literature, theoretical results, field research and expert interviews, this study attempts to provide a comprehensive evaluation index system which is scientific and effective, meeting the actual needs of regional science and technology services while objectively reflecting and effectively evaluating the region’s science and technology service levels. It is aimed at helping the city clusters in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River improve the quality and efficiency as well as the transformation and upgrading of their science and technology service industry.
