基于研发项目场景的专利挖掘研究——以生活垃圾自动分拣系统为例

Patent Exploring Based on the Research and Development Scene:A Case Study of the Automatic Sorting System for Domestic Waste

对于研发型企业来说,如何提升企业的专利数量和专利质量是影响企业发展的一项重要因素。然而,在实践中,很多企业对如何进行专利挖掘、如何进行高价值专利培育缺乏足够的经验。企业的专利挖掘工作中,基于研发项目的专利挖掘是最为主要的场景。本文以生活垃圾分拣系统研发项目为例,重点阐述研发项目场景下项目研发阶段的专利挖掘方法,帮助企业能够利用专利挖掘方法,对自身的产品和技术形成专利保护,也帮助企业在市场竞争中形成技术壁垒,从而形成竞争和市场优势。

How to improve the number and quality of their patents is an important factor for R & D enterprises because that concerns their development. In practice, however, many enterprises lack experience in how to explore patents and how to cultivate high-value patents. Patent exploring based on R & D projects is the most important scene among all patent exploring work. Taking the R & D project of sorting systems for domestic waste as an example, this paper focuses on the patent exploring methods in the R & D stage of a project in the R & D project scene. It is intended to help enterprises use the patent exploring methods to protect their products and technologies and also assist them in forming technical barriers in market competition as a way to win competition and market advantages.
