A Study on the Development Paths for the Beidou Satellite Navigation Industry in Jiangxi Province

国家(江西)北斗卫星导航综合应用示范项目落地建设,为江西推进北斗产业发展驶入快车道带来重大机遇。本文通过梳理北斗卫星导航产业发展形势与机遇,总结江西北斗卫星导航产业发展现状,深入分析其政策机制、产业集聚、创新能力、人才团队等方面存在的问题与不足,依托产业基础与优势,聚焦顶层设计、项目推动、研发制造、平台建设、融合创新等领域提出加快推动北斗卫星导航产业发展的对策建议,助推江西经济高质量发展。

The construction of Comprehensive Application Demonstration Project of the National(Jiangxi Province) Beidou Satellite Navigation has brought great opportunities for Jiangxi Province to advance the development of the Beidou industry into the fast lane. Based on the situation and opportunities of the development of the Beidou satellite navigation industry, this paper makes a summary of the development of Beidou satellite navigation industry in Jiangxi Province and then makes an in-depth analysis of the problems and deficiencies in its policy mechanism, industrial cluster, innovation ability and professional team. Eventually it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for accelerating the development of the Beidou satellite navigation industry and boosting the high-quality development of Jiangxi’s economy mainly in terms of top-level design, project promotion, R&D and manufacturing, platform construction and integrated innovation.
