摘要
本文基于电弧能量热等效压力升计算模型对船舶中压直流配电板电缆室内燃弧压力升特性进行了数值研究。计算了在不同弧压梯度下发生燃弧故障时电缆室内的压力升变化,仿真结果表明:在弧压梯度25~55 V/cm范围内,达到泄压盖开启压力时间为16~28 ms;燃弧初期压力波传至泄压盖及上部侧板时间为4ms;受压力波反射、叠加效应影响,泄压盖开启后室内压力出现二次幅值上升,上部侧板二次峰值最大,建议此处安装加强筋增强此处柜板强度。
This paper introduces numerical research on the characteristics of internal arcing pressure rise in marine medium voltage DC switchboard cable vault based on the calculation method of arc energy heat equivalent pressure rise.The pressure variation of cable vault due to internal arc fault under different arc voltage gradients is calculated.The simulation results show that,in the range of arc voltage gradient 25~55 V/cm,the time to reach the opening pressure of relief gland is 16~28 ms.At the initial stage of arcing,the time of pressure wave transmitting to the discharge gland and upper slide plate is 4ms.Influenced by the reflection and superimposed effect of pressure wave,the secondary amplitude of pressure in the vault rises after the gland is opened,and the maximum secondary peak value is reached on the upper slide plate.It is recommended to install stiffeners to enhance the strength of the vault there.
