墩柱盖梁插槽式连接抗震性能试验与数值模拟

摘要 针对预制拼装插槽式连接方式应用广泛但对其抗震性能研究不足,本文对此连接方式进行了足尺模型拟静力试验和有限元分析,与现浇混凝土试件对比分析了试件的损伤发展过程和最终的破坏模式。从滞回曲线、极限承载力、位移变形等方面详细探讨了试件的抗震性能。试验结果表明,墩柱盖梁插槽式连接试件主要表现为剪切破坏模式,插槽式连接方式延性、耗能能力略高于现浇试件,与整体现浇连接恢复到初始位置的能力相当。有限元分析结果表明,随着墩高的增加,最大承载力降低,位移延性系数增大。在不同墩高的工况下,墩柱盖梁插槽式连接及盖梁均未出现裂缝损伤,表明插槽式连接可靠,满足抗震性能要求。 In view of the wide application of prefabricated slotted connection method but insufficient research on its seismic performance, a full-scale model pseudo-static test and finite element analysis for this connection method are conducted, and compared are the damage development process of the specimen with the cast-in-place concrete specimen and the final mode of destruction are. The seismic performance of the specimen is discussed in detail from the aspects of hysteresis curve, ultimate bearing capacity, displacement and deformation. The test results show that the pier-column cover beam slotted connection specimens mainly exhibit shear failure mode. The ductility and energy consumption of the slotted connection are slightly higher than those of the cast-in-place specimens, and it is comparable to the ability of connection with the integral cast-in-situ connection to return to the original position. The results of finite element analysis show that as the height of the pier increases, the maximum bearing capacity decreases and the displacement ductility coefficient increases. Under the working conditions of different pier heights, the pier-column cover beam slot connection and cover beam have no crack damage, indicating that the slot connection is reliable and meets the seismic performance requirements.
