考虑损伤的CFRP加固钢板精细化数值分析研究 被引量:1

摘要 在已有的碳纤维复合材料CFRP加固钢板(CFRP-钢板)单轴拉伸试验的基础上,基于对胶层采用Cohesive单元和CFRP采用Hashin损伤的建模方法,建立分别考虑胶层和CFRP损伤失效的有限元模型。将有限元分析结果与试验结果进行对比分析,该模型预测的承载力与试验结果吻合良好,且能够对胶层的损伤失效和CFRP的损伤失效过程进行较为准确的预测,以上结果表明:该模型能够对CFRP-钢板单轴拉伸下的承载力以及失效模式进行工程适用的预测。 Based on the existing CFRP-steel uniaxial tensile test, based on the modeling method of Hashin damage using Cohesive element and CFRP for the rubber layer, the finite element model considering the failure of the rubber layer and CFRP damage is established. The finite element analysis results are compared with the experimental results. The predicted bearing capacity is in good agreement with the experimental results, and the damage prediction of the rubber layer and the damage failure process of CFRP can be accurately predicted. The above results show that the model can predict the bearing capacity and failure mode of CFRP-steel under uniaxial tension.
