专业运营商助力中低运量城市轨道交通发展

Professional Operators Promote the Development of Urban Rail Transit withLow and Medium Capacity

摘要 近20年来,我国城市轨道交通的发展突飞猛进,但制式非常单一。其中,地铁和轻轨的线路长度占城市轨道交通线路总长的比例高达近90%,而以有轨电车为代表的中低运量轨道交通占比不到6%。但从全球的城市轨道交通制式结构看,后者的占比约为40%。此外,无论从满足交通运输需求的角度,或是从地方财政承受能力和可持续发展的角度,也应加快发展中低运量轨道交通,把它用作大城市轨道交通的支线和中等城市轨道交通的干线。 In the past 20 years,although China′s urban rail transit has made rapid progress,the rail transit system types remain monotone.The length of metro and light rail lines accounts for nearly 90%,while the proportion of medium and low volume rail transit represented by tram is less than 6%,However in the structure of global urban rail transit types,the latter one takes up about 40%.As a matter of fact,whether from the perspective of meeting transportation demand,or from the perspective of local financial affordability and sustainable development,China should strengthen the development of medium and low capacity rail transit,which can be used as branch lines of large cities and trunk lines of medium-sized cities.
